Exchange Policy
You have 60 days from the date of the original order to make any
exchanges.
Keep
Your Receipts
Please keep your receipt and your order form. You will need them
to participate in this program.
Inspect
Your Purchase for Damages
After opening your first roll of Imperial or Sunworthy wallpaper,
inspect it for any obvious defects, such as a color variation
or a streak. If there are any defects, return it to your dealer
immediately.
Hang
Up to One Double-Roll Risk-Free
You can hang (or have your installer hang) up to one double or
triple roll bolt of wallpaper or one roll of border before you
decide whether you're satisfied with the results.
If
For Any Reason You're Not Satisfied, Bring it Back
If, after hanging one double or triple roll bolt of wallpaper
or one roll of border, you decide you're not completely happy
with the results, you can replace your entire order (including
the double roll you used) at no cost. You will need to return
the rolls to your place of purchase to make an exchange. You will
also need your sales receipt and original order form.
Make
a New Selection at the Place of Original Purchase
To qualify for the guarantee, you must select a replacement Imperial
pattern from the store where you made the original purchase. It's
a good idea to find your new Imperial pattern before you start
the exchange process, as you will be expected to make your new
selection when you return your original order.
Check
the Price
Under this guarantee, Imperial Home Decor Group will replace your
entire order (including the one double or triple roll bolt which
you've used) with a product of equal value. If the replacement
selection costs more than the original, you must pay the difference.
If your new selection costs less than the original, your dealer
will either refund the difference or issue you a store credit,
depending on individual store policy. Check with your retailer.
What's
Covered by The Imperial and Sunworthy Promise
This guarantee applies only to Imperial and Sunworthy brand products
purchased through special-order sample books marked with the Imperial
Promise or Sunworthy Promise logos and those listed in the Imperial
Family of Lines. The guarantee applies only to Imperial and Sunworthy
brand products purchased from participating dealers. This guarantee
covers any cut fabric purchased by-the-yard as part of your original
order.
What's
Not Covered by The Imperial and Sunworthy Promise
Accessory items, such as comforters, bedspreads, shower curtains,
window treatments, wastebaskets, etc. are not guaranteed under
The Imperial Promise or The Sunworthy Promise. Fabrics which have
been altered in any way are not covered under this guarantee.
Labor
Policy
The Imperial Promise and The Sunworthy Promise do not cover any
professional or "do-it-yourself" labor charges incurred by you
or any other fees, expenses, costs, or damages. Imperial's sole
responsibility is to replace products subject to The Imperial
Promise or The Sunworthy Promise when all terms and conditions
are met.
Warranty
and Limitations
Except for any applicable limited warranty expressed by Imperial
in the sample book from which you selected your order, and except
as expressly stated in this certificate, there are no warranties,
express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties
of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. The Imperial
promise does not cover incidental or consequential damages. Some
states do not allow the limitation or exclusion of incidental
or consequential damages, so the above limitations or exclusion
may not apply to you. This warranty gives you specific legal rights,
and you may also have other rights which vary from state to state.
